Friendly Reminders:
- This season’s lectures will take place all the weekends of October and November of 2022.
- A high attendance (75% and above) is encouraged as the most active Academy students are eligible for Chessable courses and other opportunities.
- If you cannot attend due to a tournament, please email Mr. Peter Long (FIDE) at [email protected] with information on the tournament so your absence does not count against your record.
- The lectures are two hours long; please be on time — most trainers open the Classroom 5 minutes before the start of the lecture.
- Students have access to their designated Classroom URL during the time of the lecture only.
- Trying to enter the URL on a different date and time will result in an error message because there’s no live event happening.
- Trying to enter with a username different than the one they used for registration will also result in an error.
- The Classroom URL for each group will remain the same every week.
- Please be aware of the schedule changes caused by Daylight Savings:
- On October 30 at 2am Berlin moves back one hour.
- On November 6 at 2pm New York moves back one hour.
